Tubi Top 200 — Audience & Acquisition Strategy

Every title in Tubi's current Top 200 Most Popular list, tagged by genre, rating, release era, format, and whether it has a Black lead or co-lead, rolled up into an audience profile, four demand segments, and a ranked list of specific IP I'd recommend acquiring next. Built as a self-directed exercise in the kind of work a content strategy or acquisitions team actually does: read the demand signal, name the audience, argue for the next buy.

Who's actually watching

A composite profile built directly from the top-200 demand signal, not a guess.

Genre mix & representation

Share of the top 200 by genre, with the Black-led share of each genre overlaid.

Release era

When the top 200 was originally released.

Four audience segments

Segments are inferred from genre and metadata patterns in the top 200, not survey data. They overlap, so shares don't sum to 100%.

Top priority acquisitions

Across all four segments, the four buys I'd make first.
